I was inspired to create this week-long meditation challenge, to help you get the most out of your life, and to help boost you out of negative thinking and energy. Each day has a unique meditation specific to the collective energies (how we feel about each day- like Wednesday is “hump day” and most people love Fridays and the weekend).

You can do this challenge whenever you want, and you don’t necessarily have to start on a Sunday. The idea is that by sticking to this routine for a week, you will let your body know that meditation is a priority to you. If you have trouble being consistent with meditation, this is for you! Let’s say you get a random boost of motivation and start doing daily meditations for 2 or 3 days. After the 4th or 5th day you might get bored or forget. And then you lose momentum, get frustrated that you haven’t made enough progress yet and stop trying.
It doesn’t have to be like that anymore! You have the tools, and inner power to meditate every day if that’s what you want to do!
Meditation takes discipline. It’s best to be intentional when you meditate. To make it more of an experience and create a ritual. You can light a candle or incense for your meditation, you can ring a bell to signify the beginning and end. You can keep a log of your sessions.
Keeping a meditation log has many benefits:
- integrate your experiences, and feel things fully, process emotions, keep record of aha moments and beautiful meditation experiences
- learn which methods of meditation are most beneficial to you (breathwork, visualizations, etc)
- track patterns in your life and recognize negative aspects or situations. what causes you stress? you will be able to notice what aligns with you as you shed the mask of who you are, and become who you are meant here to be
- keep a record of progress. how long you meditate, what you get out of it, how you evolve etc
You can use this log that I created or adapt it to what works best for you:
Sunday (SUN Day): a day for resting, rejuvenation
Monday (MOON Day): focused on self-reflection, the moon represents our emotions
Tuesday (MARS Day): high energy, movement, passion
Wednesday (MERCURY Day): inward focused, thinking mind
Thursday (JUPITER Day): lucky, happy, abundant, experience- travel and learning
Friday (VENUS Day): love, relationships
Saturday (SATURN Day): discipline, work
