There are a few reasons that I decided to create this website. I wanted to create a safe space, a hub of sorts, to house resources for people like you. Over the past years, I have begun my journey of looking inward, gaining insight into my true self, and healing.

Meditation has played an integral role in the peace and wisdom that I have found. I have since realized the part of me that wishes to share this information with people who are eager to hear.

I am in the process of becoming a Certified Meditation Teacher, with the goal of becoming a personal coach. I am making guided meditations on Youtube, for self-discovery, relaxation, and more.
