Benefits to having a prayer partner

I would like to start this post off with a Word of Scripture, one that has been motivating me in this season of my life: Hebrews 10:25 (New Living Translation) 25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
I think of having a prayer partner as having someone to meet with, often in a moments notice, though the meetings may have longer pauses of silence as the conversation, prayer or praise reports go back and forth between partners.
Now, I should make a distinction. There of course is a difference between a prayer partner and a prayer meeting. My prayer partners and I communicate daily or every few days. We share prayers and also love to talk about how we see God moving in specific situations and circumstances of our ever flowing lives.
A prayer meeting on the other hand, is usually face to face (over zoom or in person) or voice to voice (a phone call). Prayer meetings can be more structured as sometimes Father God directs the people to praying, or praising, for a specific thing, breakthrough or healing in a certain area (perhaps geographical, cultural etc).
Now lets get into the benefits:
Having a prayer partner is like having a teammate in life. It says in Ecclesiates Chapter 4: 9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.
A prayer partner will pray for you when you don’t have the strength to pray for yourself. Galatians Chapter 6 says 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
In the same breath, a prayer partner will ask you to pray for them when you feel that you can’t or don’t want to. This of course is a blessing, because when we don’t want to talk to God, that is the exact time that we should speak to Him. (It is only the enemy of our souls who desires us to be distant from The King. Luckily, we can fight him with The Word. As it is Written in Romans (Chapter 8), 35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”[a]) 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. 38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Prayer partners can join their faith together, like how joining physical strength with someone results in more progress, you can think of joining together in prayer like joining spiritual strength together. Joining your faith also leads to joining joy. When you go into intercession with your prayer partner, and ask for The Father’s will, Heaven moves. And seeing the fruit of answered prayers is always sweet. You might even find yourself rejoicing for their answered prayers just as much as they are.
