4 Writing Prompts to Brighten Your Mind

  1. What is something that you loved to do as a child? Maybe you remember a creative practice or place you loved to go. Write out all the memories that come up.

  2. List 10 things you are grateful for. Really explain why you are grateful for each different thing, describe it using all of your senses.

  3. Write a love letter to Mother Earth. Thank her for all of your favorite places, animals, or weather phenomena [think rainbows, foggy days, birds flying in formation, etc] Write out all the things you love about our Earth and what you're specifically thankful for.

  4. What's something new you've learned? Or is anything tugging at your interest lately? Explore it further as you write out your thoughts freely, without judgment
